Request for Proposals (RFP) for CDBG Administration and Technical Assistance Services

The City of Seaside is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide on-call technical assistance and professional support services for the administration and compliance of the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.

The selected consultant(s) will assist City staff with a variety of services related to HUD-funded activities, including but not limited to:

• Preparation of Consolidated Plans, Annual Action Plans, and CAPERs
• Regulatory compliance and monitoring
• IDIS activity setup and reporting
• Environmental review
• General housing and affordable housing program assistance
• Capacity building for City staff

Deadline to Submit Proposals:
Friday, August 22, 2025 by 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
