Kenady Ln Overhead to Underground Conversion

Emerald PUD is requesting bids to construct a new underground single phase main line on Kenady Ln in Cottage Grove, OR, and remove the existing single phase overhead line.

Note, there is a non-mandatory pre-bid conference 08/13/2025 at 10:00 AM PT. The meeting place is 30713 Kenady Ln, Cottage Grove, OR.

EMAILED bids shall be submitted to Cassie Stavros, Contracts and Records Specialist, before 12:00 PM PT on 08/21/2025. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter and recorded. EPUD is not responsible for bids submitted in any manner, format or to any delivery point other than as required by the Solicitation Document. Bids will not be accepted after this hour and date.

EPUD reserves the right to waive any or all informalities and irregularities; may cancel the Invitation to Bid; and may reject any or all bids pursuant to ORS 279A, 279B, 279C, or EPUD purchasing policy.
