THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY SEEKING RESPONSES IN ORDER TO DETERMINE PARTICIPATION IN THIS ACQUISITION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR ULTIMATELY AWARD A CONTRACT, NOR DOES IT RESTRICT THE GOVERNMENT TO A PARTICULAR ACQUISITION APPROACH OR OTHERWISE REIMBURSE RESPONDENTS FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED IN PREPARATION OF A RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform termite extermination, control, and prevention services for individual buildings or areas. The scope of services includes but is not limited to: Initial assessment of specific requested buildings/areas, Targeted corrective treatments for active infestations, Installation and ongoing monitoring/servicing of termite baiting systems for designated locations, Routine, proactive inspections of buildings/areas placed on a recurring service schedule, Implementation of preventative measures and recommendations and Emergency response services.
