This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to enter a 1 year/12-month license agreement with American Heart Association (AHA) to provide stroke and cardiac rehabilitation data. Multiple hospitals participate in the Minnesota Stroke Registry. Once a month, a copy of hospitals’ data is downloaded using the AHA Get with the Guidelines license access and uploaded in our database.
This renewal has been deemed a single source as AHA is the only provider who can provide the required information needed.
