Climate Justice Working Group Facilitation and Technical Support

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation intends to engage a consultant to provide necessary technical assistance and facilitation support to the Climate Justice working Group (CJWG). The objective is to seek and retain a qualified contractor that can provide high quality help to the CJWG through conducting annual maintenance of the DAC criteria and to provide the group with administrative support and facilitation of CJWG meetings pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). Offerors shall adhere to the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Guidelines Regarding Permissible Contacts During a Procurement and the Prohibition of Inappropriate Lobbying Influence.
