Website Redesign Services

SUNY Polytechnic Institute is seeking proposals from responsible and responsive vendors to provide website redesign services, equal to or exceeding the attached specifications, in an educational setting.

All proposals must be received by the date and time indicated at the SUNY Polytechnic Institute Procurement Office.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority- and women-owned business enterprise participation. All vendors are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law § 139j & k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed in this advertisement. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.
Successful contractor shall be required to complete a contract and all related documents, including but not limited to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 and NYS Tax Law Section 5-a. In addition, the contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Worker's Compensation and Disability Forms.
