The City of Suffolk (“The City”) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide hazardous materials abatement and demolition of the one story masonry and steel building, approximately 55,100 sq. ft. elementary school building constructed in 1968, located at 4207 Driver Ln., Suffolk, VA. Work must be done in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein.
