|
The City of Blue Springs Missouri Parks and Recreation Department ("City"/"Owner") is requesting proposals from qualified Construction Managers for pre-construction and construction phase services for the construction of Southwest Park, a SO-plus acre greenfield site.
Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. has been engaged by the Owner to provide complete architectural and engineering design services for the Project.
The successful Construction Manager will be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) before construction of the Project commences, and will be required to exercise rigorous cost, quality and schedule control throughout the duration of the Project.
