We also have a new submission process. All submission MUST be through eMMA. You must submit via eMMA.maryland.gov the same way you did for your initial master contract award. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!

and you all should have received a notice via eMMA if you are still registered however, I have attached a copy of the RFR#144 to this email for your review.
For your consideration is the subject RFR145.  The RFR is issued under Functional Area – 5 – RFR 145- MD78SeniorHelpDeskSpecialistRFR102325
…Only those Master Contractors who received a Master Contract award under Functional Area -5 are eligible to participate in the RFR.

All correspondence, questions and information during the RFR process shall be directed to the Procurement Officer only.  Contact information is provided in the RFR, Section 2.

The last date and time to submit questions is November 1, 2025 .@10:00 AM.
The deadline for submission of this RFR is November 6, @ 10:00 AM. @ hix.procurement@maryland.gov
