RFP - Scrap Tire Recycling Services
Brunswick County is soliciting sealed proposals to provide processing, transportation, and recycling services for scrap tires collected and stockpiled at the site of the Brunswick County landfill facility located at 172 Landfill Road NE, Bolivia, NC 28422 and other County satellite sites, as set forth in the Scope of Work below. The County received approximately 2,057 tons of scrap tires at all County landfill facilities during FY23-24.
All sealed proposals must be received by Brunswick County no later than May 16, 2025, at 10:00 am ET, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
Those interested should submit one (1) hard copy of the sealed proposal. Sealed proposals may only be mailed or hand delivered to the following:
