The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Eastern Ecological Science Center requires a contractor to remove and replace the existing shingled roofing systems on Building #1: Telework Building and Building #2: Quarters 111 at the Leetown Research Laboratory campus in Kearneysville, WV. Work includes full removal of existing roofs, installation of new shingles meeting historic preservation requirements, and replacement of flashing, gutters, and downspouts. All labor, materials, and equipment must be provided to complete the project within the 60-day period of performance.

- A site visit will be held on Thursday July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. eastern time CONTRACTORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE SITE VISIT. For site visit information please refer to E-1 Addendum to FAR 52.237-27 Alt I. - The NAICS Code is 238160. The size standard is $19.0 million. This acquisition will be 100% Small Business Set Aside.

- The anticipated award date of the contract is August 14, 2026. A vendor must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be emailed to dayna_parkin@ios.doi.gov. Faxed Quotes will not be accepted.
