Description:
The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to furnish plastic, disposable trash can liners in both orange and blue. All liners shall be manufactured and provided in strict accordance with the specifications set forth herein and must have the “Adopt-A-Highway” designation clearly printed on each liner.
