The purpose of the project specified herein is to mechanically remove vegetative material in order to restore access to Winston-Salem Forsyth County Utilities Utility Easements.Â

The work is generally described as:

(1) Light and heavy mechanical removal of vegetation (which may include tree removal) from utility easements within the WSFC Utilities sewer collection and water distribution system. (See also Section 1.5)

(2) Permanent Crossings (which may include hauling and placing certain grades of stone.

(Surge and Rip Rap)

(3) Stump Grinding (Which may include grinding of a stump below ground level to
