The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification under BOA N00019-25-G-0003 Delivery Order N00019-26-F-1093. The anticipated modification is for the procurement of material and labor needed to retrofit one (1) air vehicle (B-2) to an IFC-4.2.3 configuration. Contract award is anticipated for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027. The anticipated period of performance will be for approximately 54 - months.
This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. (THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NGSC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the MQ-4C Triton Therefore, NGSC is the only known responsible source possessing the engineering data, technical skills, and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, and operational characteristics of the MQ-4C UAS required to perform the necessary production effort within the required timeframe. No formal request for proposal or additional written information is currently available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for information purposes only.
