Secondary Disinfection System Operation & Maintenance

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and South Beach Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Secondary Disinfection System Operation & Maintenance to South Beach Psychiatric Center at 777 Seaview Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10305.

The Program Work Plan is detailed in Appendix D of the attached contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 10:00am EST.

Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than February 20, 2025, by 3:00pm EST.

Questions from bidders are to be submitted by February 28, 2025, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders, as well as posted to this ad, by March 7, 2025.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on March 19, 2025.
