Description: This project will construct a paved, off-road bike and pedestrian trail between Mayor’s Park and the Botanical Gardens in the City of North Tonawanda. Construction of the trail will require modifications to Sweeney Street to remove excess pavement, installation of a timber pedestrian bridge, pedestrian signals, and drainage modifications. The trail will be complete with ADA compliant curb ramps, signage and pavement markings meeting current standards. Add Alternatives for RRFB installation and landscaping amenities may be awarded based on available funding.
