RFP Comprehensive Plan Development CITY OF BLUE RIDGE PUBLIC NOTICE

LEGAL NOTICE

The City of Blue Ridge, located at 108 W James St., Blue Ridge, Texas, 75424, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the development of a Comprehensive Plan that will guide the City’s future growth and development.

This project is intended to be a strategic blueprint for land use, infrastructure, housing, public services, and community character, ensuring the City is prepared for the anticipated growth and development pressures.

Proposals will be accepted until Friday, September 12 ^th , 2025 at 12 PM at City Hall, located at 108 W James St., Blue Ridge, Texas, 75424. The electronic copy requested in the bid must be sent to vancel@blueridgecity.com .Late submissions will not be considered.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFP for Comprehensive Plan Development”

The City of Blue Ridge reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received.
