FY2025 Traffic Signal Improvements

The City of Tifton is soliciting sealed bids for its FY2025 Traffic Signal Improvements. The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for the removal and replacement of three separate signalized intersections and associated related items and place into continued operation and all associated measures for the complete project.

Sealed bids for the project work will be accepted until October 28, 2025, 11:00 AM, at the Office of the City Manager, Tifton City Hall, Second Floor, 130 E. 1st Street, Tifton, GA 31794.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at W&A Office, 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, GA 31794.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

Copies of Bidding Documents for bidding purposes can be obtained from Watkins &  Associates, L.L.C., 1606 Whiddon Mill Road, Tifton, Georgia 31793, Phone: (229) 388-8823, (Office of the Engineer) upon payment of $300.00 for each set (non-refundable).  Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the City of Tifton, located at 130 1st St E, Tifton, GA 31794 or at Watkins & Associates, LLC on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M.
