Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) requires twenty (20) experienced, skilled and qualified Abrasive Blaster personnel, along with two (2) On-Site Supervisors and one (1) Program Manager, to assist with the execution of 688 Class and 774 Class Submarine overhaul, modernization, and repair work.
Pre-Solicitation WARNING to prepare all prospective offerors: Solicitation shall be posted for no more than 14 days, once published, the Government intends to evaluate proposals and award without discussions.
Evaluation for this contract, management of this trade and Key Personnel of this trade requirement will be weighed heavily on the content in the individuals resumes. Resumes must demonstrate the ability, qualification and experience required for their designated positions. Resume Limit three (3) pages.
Pricing Evaluation – Firm Fixed Price
Evaluation for this contract, pricing – Only - Fully burden rates for each labor category. With ODC break out.
Period of Performance and Level of Effort (subject to change between this notice and solicitation) –
The period of performance is 02 March 2025 to 30 August 2025.
