Technology ITSM & ITAM Solution

Guilford County Schools (GCS) is seeking proposals for an IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT

Asset Management (ITAM) system, including Incident Management, Service Management, Problem

Management, Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Level

Agreements, Knowledge Management, and Reporting.

Please provide two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy in Adobe PDF on a flash drive

of the RFQ submission no later than 2:00 pm on February 5, 2026. The Board may determine in its

sole and absolute discretion whether to accept any responses that are not received by the date and

time set forth in this paragraph. RFP submissions may not be submitted via facsimile machine.

Respondents should allow sufficient delivery time to ensure timely receipt. Failure to provide all the

requested information or otherwise comply with these provisions may disqualify a response. Firms

GCS will retain, and is under no obligation to return, all materials submitted in response to this RFQ.

Please make specific reference to the response and in any accompanying cover letter or document

to any legitimate and appropriately confidential or proprietary materials contained in the response and

mark the material accordingly. All questions or requests for information regarding this RFQ should be

submitted in writing by email to Velicia Moore at gaddyv@gcsnc.com no later than 12:00 noon,

January 15, 2026. The Request for Proposals, along with all responses to questions or requests

received by this deadline and any addenda, will be posted on the Purchasing Department website at:

http://purchasing.gcsnc.com/BidCurrent/PurchasingQuoteList.aspx under Q6797. Late requests will

not receive a response.

Minority businesses are encouraged to submit proposals for this project. The Guilford County Board

of Education awards public contracts without regard to race, religion, color, creed, national origin, sex,

age, or handicapped condition as defined by North Carolina General Statutes, Section 168A-3.

Guilford County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals presented and to waive any

informalities and irregularities.
