LAND WANTED, Dutchess County

The State of New York, Division of State Police (DSP) is seeking proposals from qualified property owner(s), or their exclusive agents to purchase three to four (3-4) acres of land in Dutchess County. To be a potentially qualified location, the property must be in the Towns of Dover Plains or Amenia, more particularly on, or just off of State Route 22 within a seven (7) mile radius of the intersection of State Route 22 and State Route 343 in the County of Dutchess, State of New York.

If a property is identified by DSP as being potentially qualified, mutual discussions will take place. The submitter will then be expected to provide all pertinent information about the subject property, property maps, deed (illustrating ownership), environmental studies and all municipal approvals, to the “NYSP Business Terms Sheet” resulting therefrom.
