Description: North Country Rural Development Coalition is excited to announce our most recent opportunity to submit bids for a RESTORE emergency rehabilitation project. This program is crucial in ensuring that low to moderate-income families and seniors in our community can continue to live safely and comfortably in their homes. Your participation aligns with our mission to enhance living conditions and improve the quality of life for families in the North Country. We encourage you to place a bid for this vital project. This RESTORE project calls for the installation of an ADA compliant ramp for the side entrance to a homeowners property. For detailed information and specifications, please refer to the attached scope of work and bid sheet. Should you wish to view the project site prior to submitting your bid, please contact the NRDC office for arrangements. Bids will be accepted until March 17th. Submit your bids to: hope@northcountryruraldevelopment.org. The winning bids will be announced no later than March 18th. To ensure a thorough and competitive bidding process, we ask that you provide a detailed breakdown of costs for labor and materials for each segment of the project. The successful contractor must be prepared to submit current Liability Insurance, Worker's Compensation certification and a W-9 upon award. New contractors will also need to complete our contractor application (attached). NRDC is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusivity, and we strongly encourage Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Section 3 firms to apply. NRDC is an equal opportunity employer and we comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
