Description: OPWDD is seeking a Contractor to develop and maintain a process to provide SDM Facilitation services to allow people with developmental disabilities the opportunity to make full use of SDM consistent with the requirements of New York Mental Hygiene Law Article 82 ( https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/laws/MHY/TEA82 ) and the SDM regulations proposed at Title 14 New York Codes, Rules, and Regulations (NYCRR) Part 634 ( https://opwdd.ny.gov/system/files/documents/2024/07/supported-decision-making-regulation-text_acc.pdf ). The services are to provide direct, high-quality sustainable SDM Facilitation services to people with developmental disabilities, and to provide consultation services to independent facilitation providers to ensure that quality SDM Facilitation services are provided.
