Pasadena Walktober 2026 Event Planning and Management

The City of Pasadena is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to plan, coordinate, promote, and implement Walktober 2026.

Walktober is the City’s annual month-long walking program held each October. Through a series of community walking events held throughout Pasadena, Walktober encourages residents and visitors of all ages and abilities to explore neighborhoods, parks, business districts, cultural destinations, and public spaces on foot. Guided walks and community activities promote health, active transportation, civic engagement, environmental awareness, and community connection.

The selected Consultant shall provide project management, event planning and implementation, marketing and outreach services, and produce a summary report documenting the successful delivery of Walktober 2026.
