Description

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR BID (RFB). Email, Fax, and non electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late Responses will NOT be accepted.
PURPOSE: The purpose of this solicitation is to procure one PTZ cellular camera for our MnDOT District 7 Office located at 2151 Bassett Dr, Mankato MN 56001. That will allow our Office of Traffic to observe a construction project. The purchase of the camera should include a 36 month service contract. During the contract there needs to be a way to pause the contract during times of inactivity. This contract will not be linked to any given construction project. District 7 will have the ability to do multiple time lapse/ project observations during contract period. During the duration of the 36 month contract there should be PTZ camera support to minimize camera malfunction in the field. At the end of the contract, District 7 will own the camera.
