Project: RFQ for Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the City of Lake
Jackson Recreation Center Locker Room Remodel Project
The City of Lake Jackson is requesting written qualifications to provide Construction
Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the City of Lake Jackson Recreation Center Locker
Room Remodel Project.
A pre-submittal meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm CST at
the City of Lake Jackson Recreation Center, 91 Lake Road, Lake Jackson, TX 77566.
Sealed proposals must be addressed to the City Secretary’s Office for the above-described
project at 25 Oak Drive, Lake Jackson, Texas 77566 by Wednesday, January 28, 2026 until
2:00 pm CST. Interested applicants may obtain the Request for Qualifications (RFQ)
