Description
The Cherokee Nation is accepting bids from interested parties for individual conventional septic systems and water service lines in the southern counties of Cherokee Nation per specifications and technical provisions.
Detail
Southern counties include: Adair, Cherokee, McIntosh, Muskogee, Sequoyah and Wagoner. There is an estimated number of 40 conventional septic systems and water service lines to be done for the counties listed. The Cherokee Nation reserves the right to award to more than one firm. The scope of work and specifications are included in this bid packet.
BIDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM, MONDAY, OCTOBER 06, 2025.
Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
