This project will plan and implement the abatement of hazardous materials and subsequent demolition of the Coliseum. Relevant site utilities will be decommissioned. Site changes will be required to redevelop the space into an outdoor site that is able to host outdoor festivals and events, re-using as much of the existing infrastructure as reasonably practical.
