Automatic Door Parts and Services

The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified firms to supply and service automatic door parts. This solicitation aims to identify a vendor or vendors capable of providing high-quality parts and comprehensive maintenance services to ensure the optimal operation and longevity of automatic door systems across multiple facilities.

The City of Tucson intends to establish a contract for the Preventative Maintenance and On-Call Repair, replacement, and installation of Automatic Door Openers (ADOs) including slide and swing doors. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all ADO's function as intended and meet all applicable American With Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements.

The City's Facilities and Communications Maintenance Division (FCM) of the Environmental and General Services Department (EGSD) provides building maintenance services at most City-owned buildings and facilities through a combination of in-house staff and contract services. Various FCM representatives may be involved in coordinating, reviewing, monitoring, evaluating, and approving Contractor work.
