Pre-Proposal Conference Location: Alabama Center for Commerce 7th Floor Auditorium 401 Adams Avenue Montgomery, AL 36104 Questions must be submitted via email to rfp.questions@procurement.alabama.gov by July 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CT . The email subject line must include the solicitation number and title. Questions and answers will be posted via amendment to the RFP. Proposals are due by August 27, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. CT . Proposals must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Division of Procurement in a sealed envelope or box to the address listed below. The package must be labled with the solicitation number and title.
