The Town of Goffstown; New Hampshire, is requesting proposals from qualified firms, to provide utility procurement exercises, marketing monitoring, expert advice of financial and market information as it relates to energy procurement, periodic performance and trend reporting, as well as near and long-term strategies to advance the Town’s efforts in energy cost-savings, potential advancements in renewable energy and reducing fossil fuel consumption. Scope includes heating oil, propane, electricity, diesel, and unleaded gasoline procurement. Must also advise on rebates, contracts, and renewable energy opportunities.
