The State seeks to partner with a qualified vendor to develop online modules to help early childhood educators in Vermont comply with mandatory licensing and regulation standards effective July 2026. The State aims to provide professionals in child-care settings with online, asynchronous courses that meet Vermont’s Orientation training requirements. By offering these training courses, the State seeks to increase access to high-quality, sustainable early education and afterschool services that are developmentally beneficial for children, strengthen families, and meet federal and State requirements.
