RFQ #26-006 - CITY ENTRY SIGN REPLACEMENT PROJECT
Overview The purpose of this project is to replace the city entry signs located at select entryways to the City of North Richland Hills. The existing City entry signs were constructed in 2001 and have received countless repairs over the past twenty-four years. They have now reached their life expectancy, and many are in need of new panels, paint, lighting, and acrylic letters. Current signs and their existing conditions do not represent the city well, and the high costs associated with reconditioning, along with their outdated appearance, make total sign replacement the most cost-effective option. This replacement project will ensure the city is represented well at its entryways. Additionally, digital displays on two of the eleven signs will provide another avenue to engage residents and enhance their connection with the City.
