Summary
The Commissioners of St. Mary’s County (County) Department of Public Works & Transportation is soliciting bids in cooperation with the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission (MetCom) to reconstruct approx. 0.45+ mile of roadway and to install new water mains and perform sewer main rehabilitation as described herein.
Background
The Southampton Revitalization Phase 1 Project will include the re-construction of approx. 0.45 mile of roadway (Lot 1,) the Southampton Phase 1 Watermain and Sanitary Sewage Improvement’s (Lot 2A & 2B,) and the MD 235 Watermain Extension (Lot 3).
Timeline
The purpose of the Pre-Bid Meeting is to briefly describe the requirements of this solicitation and then answer any questions about the process and submitting your bid.
Firms must register in advance to attend the pre-bid meeting using the OpenGov RSVP Manager.
Firms that have registered timely will receive participation instructions approximately 90 minutes before the meeting.
If multiple attendees from your firm will be attending the meeting, please have each individual complete the eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager process.
