New Hope Borough Green Space RFP

Project Description: PUBLIC NOTICE - NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of New Hope Borough, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, will be accepting sealed Proposals via PennBid to develop a Master Plan and Phased Implementation Roadmap (“Master Plan and Roadmap”) for the New Hope Green Space Initiative until Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11 AM. Master Plan and Roadmap documents can be found at PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A mandatory site inspection of the proposed locations will take place on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Borough’s Public Meeting Room, 125 New Street, New Hope, PA 18938. Questions regarding the Master Plan and Roadmap must be submitted via PennBid by not later than Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 11 AM. Submission of a question does not guarantee that it will be answered. Proposals will be considered by Borough Council at a subsequent and duly advertised public meeting.
