CORNELL UNIVERSITY NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids for SUCF Project No. 181008_- RENOVATE 2ND - 5TH FLOOR AT KING-SHAW HALL will be received by Cornell University at 121 Humphreys Service Building, 639 Dryden Road, Ithaca, New York 14853, until 2:00PM on May 6, 2025, then opened publicly in Room 133 Humphreys Service Building and via Zoom at: https://cornell.zoom.us/j/94936340387?pwd=HxiCfOH1QLVGkuvaRiTJRSdhwISbIB.1&from=addon . Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bid bond or certified check) in the amount of 10% of total bid.

Scope of Work:

Reconfigure and repurpose the floors of King-Shaw Hall from a Conference Center and events space to a vibrant hub for ILR (Industrial Labor & Relations) student services on the second level, and a new administrative space for students and visitors to the Brooks School. The new configuration will continue to serve as a connection between adjacent ILR spaces located north and south of King Shaw Hall – Dolgen Hall and ILR Research Building.
