| Project Details | The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide elevator modernization consulting, inspection, design, design management, and construction phase services. The selected firm must be capable of demonstrating the capacity for the condition assessment, prioritization, design, and design management of a large capacity of simultaneous projects throughout Albany, NY. The majority of projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities, and the firm and/or sub-consultants must be capable of providing mechanical, electrical, structural, fire protection and architectural (including historic preservation) design services, as assignments may include these disciplines. | ||
