Muslim Faith Services at Manhattan Psychiatric Center

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Muslim Faith Services at the Manhattan Psychiatric Center located at Wards Island Complex, Wards Island, NY 10035. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate (BP) attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 17, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office of the IFB by Thursday, April 24, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, May 1, 2025.

Proposal Submission Due Date is Thursday, May 8, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is July 1, 2025 – June 31, 2030.
