Description: Oswego County is soliciting proposals from Not-for-Profit Housing and Community Development Agencies. Oswego County is looking to provide between $47,000 - $50,000 to an established Not-for-Profit housing/community development agency to implement and develop an emergency existing homeowner repair loan and/or grant program, to assist income eligible homeowners with critical repairs that left unaddressed could result in serious health conditions, eviction due to public health concerns or fire hazards.
