Lone Worker GPS Tracking/Panic Alarm Devices
General Scope of Services and Requirements
Gaston County Department of Health & Human Services-Social Services Division (DHHS) is in need of Lone Worker GPS Tracking Devices. The intent of the RFQ is to obtain a qualified and competent company on a timely basis.
Interested vendors should be able to provide the following as defined by Gaston County DHHS. Any contract award is contingent upon the availability of funds to purchase specified services.
Services Needed:
Lone Worker all-in one wearable Devices with holster, proxy card clip or lanyard
One Touch 911 Message Panic Button Service (for immediate law enforcement response) with unlimited message recipients to key leadership (via text message)
Live Monitoring Service
GPS Tracking
All Wireless Data included with no coverage charges
Warranty for full term of agreement
Complete Training and ongoing support
