VISN 4 s VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System has requested access to the Cyberfeds on the Web suite of tools by NCO 4. NCO 4 intends to sole source this requirement to LRP Publications via GSA contract 47QTCA20D002P.
LRP Publications, Inc. is the sole source of the unique combination of case decisions, statutes, regulations, manuals and guides, pay tables, bulletins and newsgroups. These research and analytical tools comprise cyberFEDS con the Web.
As this service has lapsed and is critical to VAPHS operations and LRP has allowed continuation of service to date on a grace period basis, sole source award via FSS Order from 47QTCA20D002P will shortly follow this notice.
