The City of Hays, Kansas is inviting sealed bids for one (1) new 41" tall X 7'3" wide double-sided Full Color LED message center for existing Hays Convention & Visitors Bureau sign. this shall also include two (2) new circle logo panels and four (4) new identification panels. All labor and materials are to be included as well as disposal of existing message center and sign panels. The sign is to be installed, and support and service received throughout the warranty period by the awarded company. Bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on May 13, 2025, in the City Commission Chambers.
