PROJECT TITLE: BONNEVILLE SPILLWAY GANTRY CRANE REHABILITATION

PROJECT LOCATION: BONNEVILLE DAM

LOCATION: SKAMANIA COUNTY WA, MULTNOMAH COUNTY, OR

THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR A FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) DESIGN-BUILD. THIS PROJECT WILL BE AWARDED USING THE BEST VALUE TRADE OFF (BVTO) SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS (FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 15) AND THE TWO-PHASE DB SELECTION PROCEDURES (FAR 36.3).

NAICS: 237990 - OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION

SIZE STANDARD: $45,000,000

MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: $10,000,000.00 TO $25,000,000.00

SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONSIDERATIONS: UNRESTRICTED, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 19.1307, A 10% HUBZONE PRICE EVALUATION PREFERENCE WILL BE APPLIED.

THIS IS THE PHASE I SOLICITATION OF THE DESIGN BUILD.
