Synopsis:
|
|
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage one qualified and experienced customs brokerage firm to provide comprehensive customs brokerage services on an if needed basis. The purpose of this ITT is to secure a professional partner that will ensure the seamless, compliant, and cost-effective clearance of goods through customs while supporting the organization’s import and export operations.
SIGA would be looking to retain the successful Supplier for a period of two (2) years with three (3) annual renewal options
Instructions to Bidders:

All quotes are to be provided in Canadian Dollars $CAD and shall be the total cost to SIGA including all enviro fees, duties, tariffs, license costs, fees, insurance, and all other applicable charges. Applicable taxes to be applied to the fees.

The pricing listed in the Bid submission shall be remain firm for two (2) years.

Bidder must provide supporting documentation to meeting SIGA’s requirements. All data information and communications must be in English language (or translated).

SIGA reserves the right to contact any or all Bidders to clarify their submission.
