Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 08 (NCO 08) hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to award Fixed-Priced Single Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Brand Name or Equal to Joerns lease/rental of specialty medical equipment. All vendors must be properly registered in the System Award Management database (SAM). This solicitation will allow vendors to offer Brand Name or Equal products. All items shall be new and not refurbished or recycled. Price quotes shall include the Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert and DSBS) if applicable, Small Business Status, an authorized distributor letter on the manufacturer s letterhead if applicable, a copy of a price list or any other supporting information for the price submitted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339112 (Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies) with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
