Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, incidentals, complete plans, design documents, equipment, disposal, travel, permits, inspector fees, waste disposal fees, and other fees necessary to repair and replace the pitched roofing system, including all roofing components, solar panel removal and reinstallation, skylights, flashings, gutters, downspouts, and associated building elements.
