Scope of Services
The College is soliciting contractors to provide construction management services for a new high-fidelity nursing simulation lab in the Health Sciences Building (HSB) at Valencia’s West Campus located at 1800 S Kirkman Rd Orlando, FL 32811 (see Exhibit 01-Simulation Lab Location). The renovated 16,000 SF (approx.) will include a ten-bed simulation classroom, an anatomage classroom and a lecture classroom, ICU simulation rooms, control rooms, immersive learning rooms, and administration (offices, conference/briefing rooms).
The contractor will provide all pre-construction services associated with the CM process, demolish the existing space, and build the new space.
The estimated Construction Budget is $9,000,000.
