ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Stuttgart Industrial Park Utility Installation Project will be received by The Stuttgart Industrial Development Corporation at the Stuttgart Chamber of Commerce, 507 South Main St., Stuttgart, AR 72160 until 10:00 AM local time on July 29, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of installing a 10” PVC gravity sewer network as well as a 10” PVC waterline and appurtenances.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.

All prime bidders are required to be registered on the Plan Holders List by purchasing and downloading the bid documents from the online plan room QuestCDN. The cost of the bid documents is $150. Addendums will be through the online plan room to prime bidders included on the Plan Holders List. Contact QuestCDN at 952-233-1632 for assistance and free membership registration.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
