The City of Kirkwood is requesting sealed bids for an ASCO Transfer Switch for the City's Electric Department , in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Sealed bids, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this request, will be received electronically until 2:00 PM CT, February 27, 2024 . General information and instructions to respondents are contained herein.
No Faxed, Hand Delivered, Mailed, or Emailed Responses will be accepted. Any contact by Supplier in regards to this bid with City personnel other than those defined herein may be considered grounds for dismissal of Supplier’s bid.
