Prospective Offerors,

Subject: Request for Quotations number 19PK4024Q5004, PR12167785 Field Support Services for

Facilities Maintenance at U.S. Consulate General, Karachi.

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to provide Field Support Services for Facilities Maintenance

at U.S. Consulate General, Karachi. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in

Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the

address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting

an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial

quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the

competitive range if there is a need to do so.





Quotations are due by December 29th, 2023, latest by 1400Hrs PST.



The site visit will be held on 26th December 2023 at 10:00hrs at U.S Consulate General

Karachi, Plot 3,4,5 – New TPX Area, Mai Kolachi, Karachi, Pakistan.

In order for a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

1. SF-1449 Section 1 pricing;

2. Section 5, Representations and Certifications;

3. Additional information as required in Section 3.

4. Mandatory proof of active SAM registration (https://sam.gov/content/home) for

bid/proposal acceptance.
